My work has been published in several academic journals. Topics include: designing for maker culture, the potential created by the collaboration of designers and educators, and how the design thinking process encourages people to transcend stereotypical roles in order to reach their fullest potential.
Conferences & Invited Presentations
I have been invited to present on maker education and design thinking in a variety of contexts, including Olin College, SXSWedu, the International Symposium on Academic Makerspaces and the reMake Education conference.
